Here's how the study works:
Read the chapter mentioned in the heading several times during the week and share any words, thoughts, verses that stood out to you. Having a week for a chapter creates the opportunity to reread it several times and make additional comments as you feel inclined as well as make comments on other people's insights.

v.1-3 At Iconium Paul and Barnabas went as usual into the Jewish synagogue. There they spoke so effectively that a great number of Jews and Greeks believed. But the Jews who refused to believe stirred up the other Gentiles and poisoned their minds against the brothers. So Paul and Barnabas spent considerable time there, speaking boldly for the Lord.
So they spent considerable time in a the place where some stirred up trouble and poisoned people against Paul. Personally I would have preferred to leave and go somewhere else! God's ways are not my ways!
v.18-19 Even with these words, they had difficulty keeping the crowd from sacrificing to them. Then some Jews came from Antioch and Iconium and won the crowd over. They stoned Paul and dragged him outside the city, thinking he was dead
One minute the crowd want to sacrifice to Paul thinking he was a god and the next they are trying to stone Paul. How fickle!
